Bella Colibri celebrates Colorado’s strong ties to Italy and founder Dean Valdez’s Italian family, who immigrated to Colorado from Calabria, Italy in the early 1900s.
The menu features fresh interpretations of Southern Italian dishes, including seafood, homemade pastas, Colorado lamb, steaks and more. All dishes are artfully presented.
The Chef’s Counter offers an up close view of the meticulous preparation and a chance to interact with the chefs as they prepare specialties and practice their craft.
Housed in one of the state’s most historic buildings, Bella Colibri’s elegant décor honors the building’s rich history, while also evoking the atmosphere of Southern Italy. Beautiful artwork depicts Colorado landscapes with a Tuscan feel.
